Introduction to Fusion- Working with Buyers and Sellers

In this class students will learn how to:
•    Access and navigate Fusion
•    Perform a search to locate and research properties for their customers
•    Utilize the information in the listings details to research and analyze a property
•    Manipulate the results grid to organize their results
•    Explore mapping options
•    Prepare for a listing presentation by researching their subject property, looking at area statistics, pulling comparables, and performing a CMA
